Turnovers, Turnovers, But Didn't Rollover

Louisville imposed their will on the College of Charleston tonight winning 80 to 38. Louisville's bread & butter is to cause turnovers (averaging 21 TOs a game) and to score on these defensive efforts, which they did, causing 27 turnovers by the Cougars tonight, defeating the College by 42 points.
Cougs didn't roll over
Baru had 16 points & 14 boards leading the Cougars as they continued to fight despite the deficit and the loss of Senior Olympian (& point guard) Andrew Lawrence who turned his ankle in the 2nd half. Fight On Cougs!

Cards up by 20 at the Half!

Louisville Cardinals 36
College of Charleston Cougars 16
at the end of the 1st Half

5th Ranked Louisville comes to Chucktown!

Coach Rick Pitino brings his 5th ranked Cardinals to the sold-out Kresse Arena to face the Cougars tonight at 9 pm on ESPNU. After beating Baylor, which just stopped Kentucky's win-streak, Coach Wojcik and the Cougars are a formidable opponent for the Cards. GO COUGS!
